Characteristics of full automatic production line for flat tea.
1.Automatic Stripping
A track car is used to drop the tea leaves automatically and distribute evenly. The temperature and oscillation frequency are under precise control with good tea stripping effect. A cylinder type  lifting device(气缸式顶举装置) is used for dumping tea leaves after stripping processing.
2. Automatic Flattening
By intelligent simulation of manual putting and fetching process, automatic moving rods machine is used to realize automatic flattening and moving rods. By adjusting the oscillation frequency adjustment flattening intensity, it is able to reduce tea power effectively.
3.Full automation
Some common issues (e.g. disperse processing, unstable quality, intensive labor and so on) in flat tea manufacturing are effectively solved by this production line. And therefore the quality of flat tea has been improved in overall. The quality of green flat tea meets the requirements of straight, flat, green and slightly tea fur.
