Water-Removing Module 

The host machine specifications can be customized，tea flow is adjustable in the range from 70Kg/h to 300Kg/h.
Intelligent system control unit enables accurate tea flow measuring and control. Digital operation and automatic control are realized.
Two-section fire control for the main machine and self-feedback?closed?loop?control?system for temperature regulations are applied.
Energy conservation and clean production are achieved by using metal fiber gas for heating, thermal efficiency is more than 60% (electromagnetic heating is optional).
Equipped with automatic drainage system, it is able to ensure timely loss of water vapor and avoid tea leaves yellowing.
