Our company “Automatic green tea flexible processing production line” was identified as the first major technical equipment in Hunan Province.

In 2017 Our company’s new “Automatic green tea flexible processing production line” was identified as the first major technical equipment in Hunan Province by Hunan Economic And Information Technology Commission after Hunan Economic And Information Technology Commission’s recommendation.

This production line is an intelligent production line which is in order to meet the needs of tea industry on the basis of “Automatic fried green tea production line” and “Automatic red and green tea compatible production line”. This production line can simultaneously process granular green tea, famous green tea and fragrant tea,and the production efficiency was 70 kg / hr, 40 kg / hr and 120 kg / hr or more, respectively. We can adjust the relevant process parameters for different types of tea,while the production line establish "Internet of Things" tea equipment information system for data collection by the prodution line tracing the origin of the operation of the production line, process parameters and food safety.

This production line is more userful that it not only can improve the production efficiency,but also can save the cost for the tea business,and it ensures the safety of the tea food by automatic control system and data acquisition system.
